@PapaHail who gives a shit where you work out? as long as it has all the machines it doesn't matter. he's still in great shape and I guarantee he's more ripped than you'll ever be.

i dnt knw if cam did a direct ab workout for the movie but as he was doing all the mma training he would have worked his abs indirectley.

Nice video and cool exercises, but still it needs some effiecient diet so that it would help you achieve the lean muscular look you ever wanted to be. I know a site that gives you FREE workout plan and exercises to help you gain lean muscle and loose fats at the same time. Exactly. Carbs only at breakfast and after workouts to replenish glycogen stores. Other than that, just high protein and good fats such as avocados or olive oil. A typical meal plan to get that kinda look could be:
Breakfast: Eggs with avo (oatmeal on the side optional)
Snack: Almonds and fruit
Lunch: Big salad with some meat on it
after workout: protein shake / some kinda carb
Dinner: steak and some kinda vegetable on the side
