How To Terraria: Episode 1 - The Very Basics (Part 1)

Hi guys! I wanted to post this series of videos as soon as possible after the release of the game in order to help out any new players. I think Terraria is an amazing game so far and would love to see it become a huge success for both Redigit, Blue, and the whole development team because they really deserve it.

Much like Minecraft, Terraria is a very deep game that comes without much of a tutorial mode. In fact, it seems to have more than Minecraft in the guide but that's about it. This series is designed to go over the basics of the game in such a way that a complete "noob" can pick up the game and enjoy it.

Seriously: I've been checking a lot of stuff out on youtube to help me understand most of Terraria since I've playd for 18h now and still only have the iron set. ^_^

I need some help please...I just started playing this yesterday, and while flailing with the controls like any noob would, lost my pickaxe. I can't craft another one because I need an iron anvil workbench for that, which I need iron ore for that, which I need to obtain with a pickaxe! So virtually I'm stuck, what do I do?
