@ReasonAndLiberty Probably because the smart people are no better off. Somewhere in every Economics book, essay, journal, etc., I've read recently, in each description of how to 'fix' any problem, one or more steps can easily be summarized as "Then a fucking miracle occurs."

Michael Hudson - war on the middle class, prosperity, productivity, industry, and REAL tangible wealth like goods and services, and including health and happiness ... by the parasitic financial sector with it's "fictional" wealth gained from debt + inflation. Too complicated?

You had me until the end. You completely contradict yourself.
Why not instead try to learn on some of these topics? Saying "hell, I'm not a smart person, so what the hell" is no solution to anything. How can you know who the smart guys are if you don't learn?
