He's not a man of integrity. You can see that by what he has promised compared to what he has done. He promised to get troops out of Iraq immediately. He then followed Bush's timetable for withdrawal. He promised that he was against the Patriot Act. Then he extended it. He promised he wouldn't sign the NDAA. Then he signed it.

People of integrity don't tell you how much Bush is doing wrong, then expand upon what Bush did. He's a confirmed liar just like 99% of the rest of them are.
