  • I have to admit, I subscribed to your channel a few months ago when I decided to become a pescatarian. It inspired me to create my own Creole pescatarian dishes. This is, however, the first video that I've actually watched. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed and if I ever find myself in a boardroom of execs at the Food Network, brainstorming on new show ideas, you've got my vote!
