District Court Judge Mary Dacey-White DISMISSED charges brought by the Attleboro Police in Massachusetts on July 9, 2005 against Michael A. Judge, ruling that the police violated the pro-life advocate's free speech rights while he was praying the Rosary outside of an abortion facility. Mr. Judge, who has successfully represented himself for 2 ½ years in the justice system and documented numerous constitutional violations practiced regularly by Attleboro courthouse personnel, claims clerk-magistrates and judges have also willfully violated his constitutional rights and plans to hold them accountable along with the Attleboro police in Federal Court. On June 5, 2007, the police refused to return Michael's signs for the fifth time.
I believe in Pro Choice, that means what it says, choice. The decision is between you, your doctor, and your God. That being said, I disagree with what you say, but I will lay down my life for your right to say it. POWER TO THE PEOPLE.

Thank you, that's EXACTLY the point!! No matter what end of the spectrum one is on today, our 1st Amendment rights are being suppressed in America by police bullies who don't even know the most basic laws. We're fighting for freedom for other countries, but we can't even speak out in America. On the life issue, MURDER IS NEVER A CHOICE. A baby's heart beats at 3 weeks. At 8 weeks the baby feels the full pain of getting its body torn limb from limb. No one wants to put their child through that.

I support your rights. Having HAD an abortion , I realize the evil of the "practice". There is really no council given even though the States INSIST there is. Having said that..I don't think picketing the clinics is the answer.I don't know what the answer is except the Mighty Hand of God in all situations. Had I not had an abortion I might not feel so strongly about someone elses sin.

Thank God for the grace & humility to see & state the truth - tell others! Protesting & fighting evil peacefully & legally is the ONLY option for God-fearing men. Pope JPII said even peaceful civil disobedience is morally acceptable. We don't condemn anyone - we are all sinners. We pray the Rosary & educate people with our pictures & signs.

Our pro-life group has over 200 hours of videotape from over the years with numerous violations witnessed and documented. A lot of it involves evidence for the court cases and can not be shown yet; however, this short clip is only Part 2 of 5 parts I am uploading. If someone has more than a passing interest in our pursuit of justice, we can speak further. (Also, read the whole description.)
