all credit to anyone who lugged the M-14 (from the pics) and went airborne, politics aside, just hard getting old and remembering. Proud to vote independent (ron paul, etc)-pro life libertarian. thanks again for this video and reply to Leaving on a Jet Plane.

Great pictures, brother. Sure brings it back. I noticed the one shot from from Eagle Beach in there too. What a reprieve that was, for a day or two, huh.

great shots w/those old kodak 125, or did you use something more expensive? I have two years worth of these from 5/2 Artillery (dusters, quads, searchlights) Cu Chi/Phu Loi, Long Binh, ton son nhut-Phu Cuong Bridge over the Saigon, hard to reconcile service with knowlege it may have been a cruel mistake especially for the RVN, still keeps me awake.

@nhgranite1 These were taken with a small Kodak Instamatic (I think it DID take that 125 film)....that's all I could get into my 7.62 ammo can of personal stuff All these were taken in I corps, up north, by Hue, and Quang Tri :o) Sounds like our politics might be slightly different...but that's what makes this country so great. I appreciate the comments
