Barack Obama vs African Americans pt2

Illinois Senator Barack Obama has urged more African American fathers to particulate more in the lives of their children. That is a good message for fathers who have the ability to become a more responsible parent.




Some African American men do not know what it means to be a responsible parent. Many African American men did not have any positive male role models when they were growing up.




Also there are African American men who would particulate in the lives of their children, but are inhibited by their child's mother or grandmother. These women need to take some responsibility for the instability of the African American family.




Senator Obama became a wonderful responsible parent, maybe more African American boys need to be raised by a good White mother and grandmother.

You look at things exact reverse that Dr King had in mind. You support Obama for the color of his skin not the content of his character. Obama is a lie and you are right to be suspicious as you say the elitist your arch enemy is for him should tell you something. Good post marc! I'm born/raised on the southside of chicago in fact, im in the southshore area right now & i went 2 the SAME elementary school as michelle ( bouchet). Anyway, I'm stating this because honestly, i don't c a "change" coming with Barack. In fact, I've always felt that he wasn't in touch with poor, struggling black folk. hell, i even relate 2 michelle more than barck cause she's from my hood! he seems hesitant on progressive issues 4 the poor.
