It's a bad phone. The music control part breaks off really easily. Also no games!!!

its not crappy. its not, ya know, an iphone, but its not crappy. phones aren't meant to be dropped. if you drop it, the back pops off and the battery comes out, which you can easily put back in and put the back back on.
i like it. it gets the job done.
