  • Try to run it down to the bottom of the stairs using the switch as normal. The seat has to be unoccupied.

    A quick look at the owner's manual doesn't indicate there is a manual release, but the above should work unless the unit has been off the charger for a long time.

  • how do i move mine if it is stuck in the middle of the track.my battery died in the middle and now i cant move it to charge it.pleas help,i need to find a button or way to manualy move it to the top or bottem charger.
