How do you record the video and the guitar AND the backing track at one time? I have a recording interface and a webcam but I don't know how

Not bad at all. Yes it needs work,but hey,we all improve over time.Few things I would say to improve are:sound,give it more distortion,give it "balls" so to speak,that will help you getting more aggressive and confident.

Rythm needs work,you seem shy and that's probably due to the camera but dare to express yourself in your music,you have some skills there,now go and shout them out,show em what you got... :)

this has no juice at all. are you even alive? sry if I come across like some asshole. But why does everyone upload their works in progress? Even RalphCervantes himself will admit that his playing is ouright wimpy (009s), seriously lacks groove, conviction.

Check your strum patterns on the chords. Play along with the song and that might help. It is not horrendous, though could definetly be improved. One last thing, when SRV played he played with confidence. Just be confident in your playing and then it will automatically sound better.
