This is a project I'm working on right now. Sorry I have no audio to tell what Tools and steps I used to form him. I built the base mesh in Maya. Its more of a tutorial than anything else.

  • I made the mesh in Maya than imported it into zbrush. That's how I got those holes.

  • Not bad at all. I see you use the Clay tool a lot. I like that tool, but even more I like Clay Tube.

    Also, you might start shaping at lower res and keep refining the shape with added layers. It's a common practice, and I find it speeds form development quite a bit that way.

  • hay man amazing video...but i need something i need this basic mesh with no details plz i want to do my own model...so where can i get basic mesh without any details?? thanks for sharing

    you can use zspheres, sculpt it and retopo it

  • instead of making meshes in 3d programs like maya,can you do em directly in zbrush?
