Police arrested a Dayton-area man they accuse of harassing girls while dressed in a one-piece woman's swimsuit. Kevin L. Miller has been charged with menacing and public indecency. (June 9)

Ok ok ok. Let me get this straight. I just watched the video "Raw Video: Deputy Shown Kicking Teen Girl" and the officer was not guilty. I mean he beated the shit outta young teen girl who didnt do shit but throwing her shoes out of the cell. Now THIS GUY, this guy with a WOMANS BATHINGSUIT gets ARRESTET? WTF? How fucked up is that? Why does this man needs to be arestet for wearing WRONG CLOTHING, and the officer who beats the shit outta teen girls NOT?
