My Husband loves my multiple Bean dish while my Grandchildren love Philadelphia Cream Cheese. So I decided to combine the two making them the perfect dish for Family, You and Paula Deen too!
This is going to be your Favorite! Have a cup or have bowlful. ENJOY!
Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 min Total Time: 30 min Servings: 6 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Power Beans
1 55 oz can Baked Beans (Country flavored are best) DO NOT DRAIN
1 15 oz size can Kidney Beans (DRAIN)
1 15 oz size can Northern Beans (white beans) (DRAIN)
1 15 oz size can Butter Beans (DRAIN)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Apple cider Vinegar
Sausage (optional)
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Directions:
In large pot add the entire can of Baked Beans including juice.
Drain the juice from the Kidney Beans, Northern Beans and Butter Beans and add to the pot.
To the pot add 1/2 cup Brown Sugar.
To the pot add 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar.
Slice your Sausage and combine with all other ingredients.
Turn your heat on under the pot and stir often until you have achieved somewhat of a boil. (must be careful not to leave unattended as this could cause burning).
Slice your Philadelphia Cream Cheese into cubes and add to the pot and continually stir until nice and creamy.
Serve while hot. Either a cup or a bowlful.
