The police officer was breaking the law, it's that simple.. Just search "photographers rights" and see what it says can and can not be done. The photographer knew the law and the cops either did not know the law are simply choose not to abide by the very laws they swore to uphold.

I hate that fat cop. I just want the worst things to happen to him. Isn't there some kind of physical fitness requirements to be a cop? He is way too fat to do anything other than block photos from being taken.
