Fix "Registry Disabled By Administrator" In Vista OLD!!

Did you try to access your registry and a virus or spyware has disabled your registry even though you are under an administrator account you still can't access the registry. Use this to re enable your registry on vista.

If your command prompt is locked as well. I would say try restarting the computer. While its starting up before the Vista Loading screen. Hit F8 every few seconds. Use your arrow keys and pick Safe Mode. When it comes up to login, try logging into the account called Administrator.

thanks mate but i found a easy way to get that file in the cmd by click and hold then drag to cmd then unclick then enter and wait until it says open or save file click open and in 5 sconds it will say complete
