He basically ended military draft in US by filibustering in Senate and reading leaked Pentagon papers. People make and repeal laws just like Congress. They become rule makers in society instead of just being ruled by others who make the rules. Do a web search for National Initiative for Democracy. ANY COUNTRY CAN ENACT A NATIONAL INITIATIVE FOR DEMOCRACY.

There is more at work here then meets the eye, never for get some American citizen's legally can't vote, mostly do to their criminal past. Other Americans are so poorly informed on the issues they choose not to vote. Other can't vote because they can't get time off from there job to go and vote.

Yes indeed, Master - there are MANy other reasons or excuses people have - other than the ones tha I mention here - but I am on youtube to target anarchists and free from the MEDIa enslavement that tells them that there is no point in voting - there are many of them here - thanks again for the comment stay tuned -peace
