Swick is a beast. Lightning fast. I think the only reason Hardy beat him was because he cought him in the first round on the cheek and swick was never the same...it was a good fight at least swick didn't get knocked out. Btw, he is going to wreck shit in 108! Pablo Thiago is goin down

Not really no. But its in the first session of the cours of a trainerseducation. 0:53-0:55, he has his both fists by the mits and hes chin exposed. You dont have to be a protrainer for understanding that do you.
