  • This IS exactly what I wanted to hear. I already knew how to bulk up, but hearing it from someone else just gives that extra motivation 

  • Great tips and just one thing i would like to add is that fat yes helps with calories for bulking and evening out your energy levels helping staying fuller for longer, but it also plays a big part in the production of hormones like testosterone which i have found on a person level using 50c 20p 30f split. • I dont count my calories don't have time for that. I just tend to listen to my body. Still get my protein and carbs (don't evaluate how much) and just eat the crap out of the plate lol this with hard training helps

  • Fantastic video! by the way my mate applied this popular diet named: Impact 790 Diet and got rid of 16 pounds in a month. I cannot remember the exact site just Google it.

  • Great tips .. I am following exactly what u mentioned and I gained 10 lean lbs in 4 weeks

  • Also you want to eat atleast 1gram of protein per pound you weigh

  • Aim of nutrition: giving your body regular sources of protein and carbs (every 2-3hrs) carbs for mental and physical energy and protein to help repair muscles. Remember to drink a gallon of water a day and fruits/capsules like creatine for amino acids

  • Water

  • right on, I love this, I wish i had a personal trainer that would force feed me because my metabolism is soo fast that I will never gain weight unless i constantly have food forced down my gullet. its like a work out just to prepare all the food i have to eat per day.
