But it doesn't make any sense, the hoax call was worthless in the plot; it would have been different if you got the operator to say: "there is no fire service left at the moment" or something, because they were attending hoaxes; but otherwise, it relates to nothing in the plot.

I don't think you've quite grasped the purpose of the video. The title clearly states Hoax Calls Kill, this would have been difficult to express without a hoax call being made. It's simply telling you making a hoax call could get someone killed.

Also imagine if your house was on fire and the fire service told you they were busy atm, wouldn't you rather hear them tell you they were at least sending an engine as soon as possible?

I would never make a hoax call like that. That would be very bad. I hadn't got any emergencies at my country yet and I haven't dialled 999 yet.

A life for a life I say the two people who called the fire brigade should have to pay their life for ending two other lifes if they can track them down they wouldn't get punished, all because of our lenient justice system and dismal police force!

when we went to cruical crew on a school trip it showed this and i baseicly started crying......how sad are them 2 girls faking a fire then then kids dieing.....this shows what prank calls can cause.....ow them kids are there in there mind for the rest of there life....how sad can u get !!!!!
