  • how many days a week do you practice?

  • @icb77 Right now I'm cutting back due to SAT class's. But my regular schedule is:

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

  • Ahaha np Constant but hey i have some advice that might help or might not. For your 1990s keep your legs open at first then whip it.

  • Nice, do these out of footwork and toprocks, transitions are what make moves look dynamic, I can't 90 for shit, haha

  • when your doing headspins dont let your feet go bellow your waist and use your core to get momentum rather then your legs

    however i suggest to keep you legs during the headspin more Straight and stiff and on the same level (right legs always more high but this is normal in beginning).the 1990 is good technically but take more rest between every single try.focus on the cleanest not on the resistance(better do this after you acquire a good technique) and practise also 1990 with open legs.u can msg me if u like bye
