This is automatic curding machine, and the machine suitable to coagulation process in bean curd and dried tofu. It can produce gypsum bean curd, bittern bean curd and dry bean curd. The system includes circulating driving coagulating tank, ration soymilk bucket, dispensing coagulant device, commix beater, dispel foam device, clabber inclinator, clabber smashing device, program controller and the soymilk coagulation devices for the gesso bean curd.
