All 13 Followers In Fallout 3 info and locations:

Fawkes:Finish the quest The Garden of Eden and he'll meet you at Raven Rock (Good Karma)
Star Paladin Cross:The Citadel (Good Karma)
Butch:Finish the quest Trouble in the Homefront and go to Rivet City (Neutral Karma)
Sergeant RL-3:Outside of Robco Facility and find a man named Tinker Joe (Neutral Karma)
Jericho:Megaton (Evil Karma)
Clover:Paradise Falls (Evil Karma)
Charon:Mueseum of History (Karma doesnt matter)
Dogmeat:Scrapy yard (Karma doesnt matter)
Dogmeat's Puppy:Only for DLC Level 22 outside of Vault 101 (Karma doesnt matter)
Red:Germantown Police HQ
Shorty:Germantown Police HQ
Sticky:Little Lamplight
Sydney:National Archives
Cherry:Dukov's Place

To get all 13 followers is only 1 rule which is:KILLING DOGMEATS PUPPY! If u have Broken Steel then your able to do it.All u do is first be on lvl 22 and add the Puppies! Perk.Then find a follower u need and then find Dogmeat and let him follow u to the next person u want to have.Once u have Dogmeat kill him quickly as possible then rush over to the follower u want to have.After that go back to Vault 101 and wait till your screen says Dogmeat's Puppy has returned to Vault 101.Do the steps again and again till u want it to end.But the good thing is the side followers are that fast and u dont need to kill Dogmeat's puppy.Oh and i may have a Warning for yall.If ur gonna get Jericho or Sargent RL-3 its gonna be tough cuz somehow Dogmeats puppy spawns back quickly and also Jericho will be pissed at u.The best thing to do if the follower becomes and enemie is to equip the Stealth Boy.So thats all i know lol also FALLOUT 3 RULEZ (and Fallout New Vegas)

@RadioZombieX I got Butch at Rivet City in the Muddy Rudder and Clover shoots with a Sawed Off Shotgun and Melees with a Chinese Officer Sword.

@Mrkasim09 when u finish the ESCAPE quest then u finish all the game when u go back to vault 101 u ll have a side quest.. finish it then you will have to wait 2 days and go to muddy rudder and butch will be there.. but u gotta tell the overser to open the vault so he can spawn there
