United Dominion REALITY (UDR) evicts their tenants (3 of 3)

United Dominion REALITY is evicting all of their tenants from one of their many properties (Arlington, VA) across the USA. Tenants that are being evicted include the middle class, elderly, disabled, as well as those not so well off. They claim they are renovating EVERY apartment. Those of us still held in this virtual prison are forced (since they wont let us out of our leases) to endure LOUD construction noise. We have been reaching out to local, state, & federal agencies with little progress. Call UDR (or the complex we reside in: Taylor Place) and tell them this is unacceptable at (866) 649-8110

I second that! The tenants of UDR everywhere should speak out about this example and bring this behaviour to the attention of the company's corporate headquarters: UDR, Inc.

It should also be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders. Who wants to invest in a company with such practices? All of the bad PR they are receiving will no doubt result in a devaluation of their stock shares.
