@VoiceOfModeration I agree. Several unofficial recounts performed after the election showed Bush winning, particularly the recount method employed by Gore's people. Bush won fair and square. Maybe his record as president is a matter of a different debate. However the election in 2000 was won by Bush constitutionally.
