The Making of The Real Lucas McCoy

Lucas McCoy is a Mandalorian character in Star Wars Galaxies that has been played by James Clarke since 2003. In 2008 the character came to life after being inspired at the '08 Dragon*Con by the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club. This video was taped after the suit was completed a mere 5 weeks after it began. No pieces or kits used, all of the materials were bought or salvaged and built personally. Just shy of $400 total.

its a '95 don post. not in production anymore, but its a very sturdy plastic helmet, not like the blown plastic crap they have now
