@guatagel sorry, geeky response here, but the '#' symbol is the shell prompt for the root shell (which is basically game over if someone gets it on your machine)

When nmap show "ssh". Then she attempts to nuke the server with "sshnuke 10.2.2.2 -rootpw=Z10n0101" . I think the "sshnuke" tool was written after the movie.
She logs in with the new password.
The login shell seems to be a custom one, not bash, not a standard Unix shell.
The command "disable grids nodes 21 - 40" is a custom one, too.
Such a command could exists in some customs systems. It is easy to write a simple shell with a few customs commands. Take a look at BusyBox.
