  • We’re glad to hear that you were able to use the Edible Candle activity for your science homework. We’ve never tried making an Edible Candle with a Starburst; it’s a great idea! Science is all about coming up with ideas, trying to guess what you think might happen when you test your ideas and then testing your ideas to find out what actually happens. If you decide to try the activity using a Starburst, let us know how it goes. Happy ‘experimenting’!

  • You can eat candles made of tallow or lard, which is what most candles were made of up until the 19th century.
