I love both Josh and Neil. Today was the first I hear Josh's version. I just could not choose between them. They really great singers. Great job Josh.

I sometimes wonder why some producers won't let Josh include on the albums wonderful heart-stealing songs like this one any many other songs ... it's breathtaking ...I'm speechless!!

This is an old Neil Diamond song. It's not A Josh song. I wish he would record it too, because he does such a great job singing it, better than the original singer i think.

@mmkachi Yes the original question was if Play Me was on the album, not if it was his original song. As far as I know Josh did not record Play Me for Illuminations, but it could have been one of the songs that didn't make it on the album. Either that or he just likes singing it. Who knows...
