Sonic Adventure Battle 2: Cheat - Unlimited Chao Levels

This cheat is very easy to use. You can gain your chao's levels up as high as you want until theya re maxed out, then of course they eventually re-birth and become stronger and get better. Anywho, it's very simple. I showed how to in the video, but I will also say how to here in the description. All you need is an animal(S) and go to chao garden with the animals you plan to use, while neither the animal or your selected chao are moving, quickly pick up the animal and set it infront of the chao you want to use the cheat on. Do NOT get too close to the chao, otherwise the animal will be unusable (like normal). Again, be sure to not set the animal too close to your chao, but directly infront of the chao.
