The bend starts at 6:25. 19.78mm x 31" to be exact. My good friend Manthos from Greece sent me two bars for me to try (for free) Very much appreciated!
I truned it into a cert bend for David Horne's list over at http://www.davidhorne-gripmaster.com/bracedbending.html also check out www.steelbenders.org if you want to learn how to bend steel.

  • whats with putting the chak on the feet

  • @BuiltFarmStrong During the crushdown where I put the bar between my legs and push it together. The outward force is so much stronger than the friction between your legs. You really have to figure out where to position your feet, how to angle them and even chalk them to maximize the amount of friction.
