The R35 from Pro Street is only a concept vehicle. the game came out before the final design was revealed at the tokyo motor show.

Nissan pulled out of racing shortly after the release of the KPGC110. In the UK, Andy Middlehurst took the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32) to two consecutive championship wins in the National Saloon Car Cup, and the list goes on and on. @FantastyckplastycK .....My friend in matter of motorsport you have to do a very big research, because Japanese sporst cars have put their names in history in every category of racing that comes to mind. Honda providing championship winning engines during the 80' s and 90' s in formula 1. Team BAR Honda. Honda NSX has three appereances in 24 Hours Of Le Mans and the Super GT Category.The Mazda RX-7 has won more IMSA races in its class than any other model of automobil

@FantastyckplastycK .......You can buy a 1998 Toyota Supra TT, or a 2001 Nissan Skyline GT-R V Spec II. Later spend some money on them and you can kick the ass of any German sports car.

@Trubyd44 ..there is no tradition of building supercars in japan, they have no appeal and overall they are irrelevant! However.. this does not automatically mean that new GTR is going to be crap too, i hope it has some class and that finally something can challenge the reign of germans in the business of building decent cars!

@Trubyd44 well, of course german cars have problems too, i've had 3 beemers over time and at the moment am driving a clk and sometimes they fuck up too.. i've never had a japanese car because just their looks repel me badly.. and by the way how many super cars (sport cars) do japanese have?! what are their pedegrees? what have they achieved in motorpsort? all this adds up to the conslusion that..

@FantastyckplastycK All manufacturer's have flaws, I think what struck me badly about your comment was your 'as a matter of fact' attitude that obviously a Nissan could never be as good as a Porshe. If you would have said you preferred a Porshe, then OK...but to say that any Porshe can outperform the GT-R...it is just not true. ...and for half the price. I don't know about quality and such, because I've owned neither a 911 Turbo or GT-R, I just talk about what I have experienced myself.

@FantastyckplastycK They are not nonexistent. If you would have said your argument besides [being a] 'Porshe.' Anyway, 2 personal problems with Porshe, my buddy had a boxster and the window/top leaked and leaked, he traded it in on a Supra TT back in 97. Second issue is a local dealership has had two Carerra's and they both had slight transmission misses. The latter is second hand info, but I think was gets me is that everyone 'believes' BMWs and Porshe's don't have any flaws.
