Thanks for such brilliant videos.
Can anybody just clarify do I need to validate a ticket for Rome's metro, or is the validation thing just for the main trains? Thanks :)

@laimona2020 Well there are only metros basically in Milan, Rome & more or less naples. the metros pass by the central stations so if you are coming in that way you will be ok. just watch out for pickpockets on the metros. Rome is horrible for it. Metro tickets can be bought at a kiosk where someone will sell them to you or machines (different than train ticket machines, i usually get my train tickets from the machine and buy my metro tickets from a person). no need to go 1st class 2nd is OK
hey, do you know the cheapest way to travel in italy -intercity like from rome - florence - milan - venice beside using the trenitalia bcoz its kinda expensive.? are all train is the trenitalia or there are others?

@nie9aries Aside from the train there are buses that are cheaper, but just take longer. They are cheap and safe and go many places so that might help you somewhat. Thanks for watching and commenting .Just wish i could help you more!

Thank you for the direction, very informative. One question though: it says online to preorder train ticket from Rome to Venice (high speed train), is it cheaper to buy from the machine in the station OR to preorder prior to arriving to Italy? Also, is there a high speed train to Tuscany? Thanks!

@Cookiekat31 price is the same from the machine or from the ticket office. but macine is a lot faster, also same price online (i have not seen a big difference in price). the high speed eurostar trains do make a few stops in tuscany. but not in the smaller quaint towns and villages. thanks for writing and commenting.
