Ahaha im the same as TokioHotelChick1989 I am constantly saying im gonna do workouts to lose weight or shape areas but my motivation only lasts a short time. Im the kind of person who needs to have something that will motivate me, or else i wont stick to it and my spurt of motivation is gone. I stumbled across you're videos and i think im willing to give them a try hopefully i can stay motivated.

I love your videos ! and all the workouts.
But , i have had a bit of trouble. Im a 17 year old girl, and i really NEED motivation to get up and work out and stick to it everyday or so.
Where do you get your motivation from ?
Do you have any advice ?

@TokioHotelChick1989 Thank you for your kindness :) You need to decide on your goals, and if health and looking good is one of your goals, than 15 minutes per day exercise is easy to do. Workout short but every day :)
