@shahram1368 Like I said, why would I want to do that? It's silly. A service grade, is a service grade, not a collector's grade and trying to turn it into one is waste of money. And since I've already got two SA Collector Grades, in nearly mint condition, it would be, like I said, silly.

man very nice. Just sent my paper work to CMP. Even the parts are replaced..o well still an MI and I bet it is a fine fine shooter.

@bber45 Absolutely, just about every Garand that saw any use has replaced parts. These are the real war horses that probably have interesting stories they could tell, if they could speak. So, if the bore is clean and rifling good, you are all set to have a great time with a real piece of American history. Enjoy!
