Instead of doing 3 to 4 sets of the same exercise just do one slow controlled set, with half of your maximum weight, five seconds up and five seconds down, until absolute failure. This way you will never pull any muscle and you will tear your microfibers for sure muscle gain if you practice proper rest, recuperation and nutrition.

  • this guy is honestly more than twice my age and stronger than me LMAO im ashamed... but look @ him he looks fucking fantastic, people like him are an inspiration to us I wanna look like him when I'm nearly 60, he really does not look nearly that old he would drop people with a jab who are training MMA and are 25 lol, even though he's more than twice that age.. i have nothing but admiration for this guy.

  • um....isn't there suppose to be like a limited amount of glycogen? I think in your muscles so if you do slow reps you deplete that energy source too quickly? there making yourself weaker before you can get a decent workout

  • can i give you an idea. try keeping your biceps engaged 100% of the time. ie dont come all the way up (allowing your biceps to rest) just come up high enough to keep them engaged then come back down. I found doing them like this smashes you. But I do love your videos. thank you.....
