Identifying Challenges:

- Change of brand image to incorporate the new direction of indoor lighting

Develop a message that aligns with a change in direction for the business and use a number of different mediums for distribution, for example emails and your website.

Tips:
- Reach your customers through a number of channels
- Leverage the emotional benefit of your product
