  • All these new speicies of anything marine is just simple case of when the connection between the Great Lakes and the rest of the world opened up.The St.Lawrence Seaways and the Mississippi opened up. The only way now too correct the problem is NOT Allow Foreign Shipping too the outter shores of North America and allow only Canadian & American Great Lakes Shipping and railway conncetion too bring it too them.Close the conections and you solve one problem and time to get rid of another.

  • I say try to turn the the fish into an alternative to fossil fuels. Catch em, process them, then, fill up your tanks!

  • 21-14 seconds left, there is a typo. Comisssion*

  • World Hunger? We have the answer, feed'em asian carp. Send the lil buggers all over the planet to help stop world starvation. That's my plan, who wants to help?

  • There is probably no stopping the spread of Asian carp into the Great Lakes so just get used to the idea & start planning your economy ahead as all things change eventually. I live on the Illinois River & have been able to take Bighead & Silver carp on a conventional rod & reel with bait. These monsters make great sport fish & there's a whole new business in teaching people to catch them for sport & food. I've been a fisherman for 50 years & am enjoying the best fishing of my life with them.

  • Why send them anywhere other than McDonalds? McCarpwich - problem solved

  • I have yet to see one carp that will not bite a hook with a friggin doughball on it. Catch them and feed them to the homeless and starving people around the world

  • Yea real smart choice lets fuck up the rivers and pollute more of our waters why don't they get something that could eat these bustards up like have it in a quarantine area and have these lil bustards in and the predator stay in there

  • i'm starting a fishing for world peace campaign - fish for food and compost - hurry up take down the entire carp population in the usa. if we can kill 60 million bison, we can kill 5billion passenger pigeons - we killed billions of people - we cant kill a few million carp? what the hell is wrong with us - We can cause Mass Extinction of the carp! go catch carp and eat them or plant them in your garden. world peace awaits

  • Could we turn them into tuna cans?

  • How stupid, why not export it to Asia! It costs $5 a pound for such fish. They person would regret they miss the chance to be an billionaire by exporting those carps in the same way as beef.
