  • Good video and great strength impulsion. CNCTEMATIC: Squat below 90° involve 220 + muscles in the process and heavy bench press make almost all the upper body since the shoulder joint is not stabilized, the antagonist muscles are working to maintain the shoulder in its right place. ( even biceps and back are working to stabilize BP) they're not isolation but just the opposite, this is why it's called "compound" exercises. If you don't feel other muscle working, add weight, explore safely .

  • @recan888 Great comment!

  • never thought isolated muscle weightlifting was a systema tool, so surprised that arkadiy is into it. no disprespect to the guy - he's incredibly skilled

  • @CNCTEMATIC have you ever lifted weights? I guess no, because if you have, you would never say that squats and bench press are "isolated" exercies...

  • Not isolated at all. Squat does everything but shoulders and arms. Bench does chest, tri, bicep shoulders. Depending on where you hold the bar you can isolate. Ya that guy doesnt know what hes talking about.

  • @gleborg I mean no disrespect. Yes I have lifted weights. Benchpress does focus on the chest and squats on the quads, but I understand that many muscle groups are involved; not completely 'isolated'. Its just that most of the conditioning I have been taught by other systema teachers involved bodyweight manipulation, and the message that weightlifting increases muscle mass and is not as good for tendons. That might be wrong. Iam just curious. Mr kadochnikov is certainly very strong.
