HP2133guide.com goes over upgrading the RAM in the HP Mini-Note netbook. (Note: the memory type you'll need is 667Mhz (5300) DDR2 SO-DIMM) (this is an update of my older video using a better camera)

  • i have to replace the motherbourd,do you have a guide on that?and if so do you know what model mb it is?

  • Poetx213 I just purchased me 1.2Ghz Mini-Note and my computer came with 2GB of ram and Windows Vista Basic. I love it so far the only thing is that it can at times be really slow and has a really hard time running videos. this dosent bother me to much because i more than realize that it is not made to be a powerhouse, but i was wondering if it is at all possible to replace the C7M 1.2 Ghz processor to maybe a 794 C7M model which is clocked at around 2.0ghz and if it can be done how would it.

  • do u know if you can use ocz memory?

whats the max memory you can upgrade!

it be sweet if you can go 3gb

  • Thanks - very useful

  • thanks dude - made my day

  • NEED MORE CPU POWER!

the via C7M is soldered into the mobo (nice one via ^^), but i don't think it's impossible to do. the nano/isiah is a 64 bit same-sized cpu, but there is also a 2.0ghz "794" C7M model, to think about.

we need to find someone brave enough to take this on and tell us how it's done!

  • one more...

do you think i can put this in my 1.2Ghz?

    "Kingston 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory "

  • I have a 1.2Ghz Mini-Note, and is it possible to put a 2GB ram in there?

    would it burn-out?

    please help me.
