I made it myself out of air drying modelling clay, then painted & glossed/glazed it. =)

Can you help me? I'm making a Bellatrix costume like this too. I'm a little confused as to the dress style though. Is the dress actually fitted or is it more shapeless? It's hard to tell with the corset you see. And how full is the skirt? And what the heck is going on with the back of the dress? On a side note, is your hair in this a wig or your real hair? Sorry, a lot of questions but I'm really picky when it comes to costumes :)

you just really need to print off a million reference pictures.
The dress is fitted, there is corset lacing at the back of the corset and there's a big witches hood sewn into the dress that goes past the hips.
I'm wearing a wig that I styled.
