  • even those who have already been in the job market for six to ten years and already proven their value as an employee are cut out of the interview and hiring process if they don't have a college degree, and this practice started in the mid-1980s and has accelerated since.

  • They are going to college because even a deli won't hire anyone without a college education to make sandwiches.

    Candidates are cut out of the interviewing process even though they are capable of doing the job well, -- secretaries, sales, mid-managers, waiters, retailers, sandwich makers are required to go into the excessive debt of college in order to get an entry level and mid-level job -
