XBMC Tutorial 1: Installation on a PC

How to download and install XBMC on your PC. For more information, visit my blog, the Long Story Short, at http://blog.trlong.com. I plan on producing a full set of tutorials covering everything from installing XBMC to optimizing and enjoying it. Please don't try to run XBMC or add sources until you have implemented the steps in Part 2 of this tutorial. It will make getting XBMC to serve you much easier.

Please answer me this: what if you already have XBMC installed on your XBOX? Do you still need to have it installed on your computer in order to put videos into your xbox?

@EDDIEMARTI hey bro you have to have it installed on your xbox only then you need to hook up a Ethernet cable to the xbox so you have a internet connection but you have to configure your ip on your xbox and on your computer.

@Tom4Surfing FUCKKKKKK this piece of shit program cant find my source, it only see the users folder "public" where teh fuck is "Chris" and "Default" ???

I have used 5 hours on this f** up program, and haven't gotten me anywhere!!!! Im going crazy, i need to get to teh dir. users/chris/downloads/movies/.­.. WTF :s

Please help me, i am soo frustrated!!!! :S
