HALLE BERRY WORKOUT SECRETS REVEALED

If you have internet connection, then i am pretty sure you've seen Halle Berry's smoking hot bikini photos from this weekend.
Berry was celebrating her 45th birthday party this weekend and flaunted a bikini body that looked good for any age.
Halle's trainer Nat Bardonnet says that Halle works hard to look like that.
"Halle's body looks 10 years younger, at least. She's an inspiration! We try to get rid of what she doesn't like while keeping her womanly shape: erasing thighs, keeping the butt high, lengthening the hamstrings and working the abs."
Though Halle's trainer won't reveal everything about Halle's diet and exercise regime, she does say in order to lose weight you must, "Up your cardio sessions and eat five times a day while avoiding sugar, flour, lactose, cheese, dough, rice, and pasta. If you want to lose weight and look camera ready like Halle, you can have carbs two times a week."
That's it? Did she say carbs are only allowed twice a week? I've already met that max before breakfast is over.
