Having just found out that Jack LaLanne moved on to the big gym in the sky, I'm posting a video I put together a few years back. It opens with Jack saying "Forget about what you used to do, think about what you're doing right now, and do the best you can!". It ends with him saying, "Living is tough - it's hard - dying is the easiest thing in the world." and "The good -old days are RIGHT THIS SECOND." I filmed him speaking at a 50+ trade fair in Cleveland, Ohio. Music by Mike Fonte.
