  • Absolutely breath taking video man. Love it

  • grazie!

  • traditionally it's tuned gg-cc-eE-a'a'-e'e' re-entrant tuning. mine is tuned gg-cc-eE-a'a'-d'd'.

  • Another great tune. I just noticed the finger board is unfretted near the sound hole for a couple inches. Odd.

  • twelfth fret haiku:

    below the 12th fret

each note rings true, sweet and clear

    above 12 they "tink"

  • and for good measure ..

    macho man hip thrust

    "tinky-tink" cacophony

    beyond the 12th fret

  • Very nice. I'm just a bluegrassy type, but I'll give you my highest compliment by saying it has the old, chamber kind of sound. Awesome!

  • lovely the folia on the charango!

..i had never seen charango played with plectrum!! only the chillador ...a kind of small charango with metal stringing...

    sounds lovely anyway.

  • This is great. Usually I like to 'taste test' musical pieces on YouTube, but always feel in a hurry to rush off to taste test other music playing, and seldom listen all the way through. I didn't have the slightest notion of rushing off till this was completely done . . . then I played it over again. Great playing, and yes, mesmerizing. Now...I have to rush off.

  • Wow! Impressive, Very nice. I never seen anything like that before!

  • hypnotic indeed!

  • Terrific! -Ron

  • Beautiful... I have a charango that I simply don't play enough, and this makes me want to go take it out of hiding! (I tune mine GCFAD) Excellently performed.

  • Very beautiful! ***** from Igor

  • What a fine piece of music this is - and it works really well on you lovely little charango!

    Thanks for commenting on mine.

  • Very very nice sounding. I've never heard of that instrument. How is it tuned?

  • Sooo beautiful I have tears in my eyes.

  • Joyful playing.

  • Classic progression.

What is the exact make and model of that instrument? I may want to pick one up ;)

  • This is beautiful. In fact I didn't think it would sound so good being played with a pick. Maybe it helps making it sound like a baroque guitar.

  • Sweet sound - amazing talent!

    grazie tanti...ciao.

  • Your playing is fantastic, in every sense of the word. I marvel at your musicality...the instruments...the handling of the tunes....Thank you!
