wheres the physics i mean its awsome man but modern racing just cant be racing without at least a little physics

game programming is a nice thing to do, maybe I wrote in a bad way my "theory" above, what I ment was about to play oneself game isn't cool at all, because there is no fun at it, doing games is cool I think, but keep in mind that is not well paid for such an effort, and about that I shouldn't program games, I have because as a thesis I have to do about Collision Detection, it's going well so far, but still I wanted to much program games, and now that i'm in it, I'm more interested in other area.

Programming IS the game! There is a goal, things you do to attempt to reach that goal and then obstacles to overcome in your path.
Sid Meier said that a game is a series of meaningful choices. You should enjoy writing the game as much as (or more than) playing it, or you probably shouldn't be programming, IMHO.
