Ahh ok fare enough. Yeh I mean I didn't think you were using your mics in this video. But yeh good taste in music, the big band I play with have this on thier new set list. I love playing it.

sick drumming man. the quality isnt the best but it sounds like youve atleast got the rhythms down. The style could be more similar to davids, he played with a shit load of 'touch' which is partially why he is so good but thats hard to copy.

Isw that a condenser you have on your snare. If so I would strongly recommend parting with £60 and buy a Shure SM57 for your snare. Would get a better sound for snare. Good playing though. I would use a little less bounces on the snare and turn some of the hits into ghost notes like DG does it. Just sounds a bit busy with the constant snare.

I was just tryin the condenser out on snare...i usually use a 57....NO mics other than video camera mic used in this[and all vids on here of me], also pa is cranked!! so it was hard to tell how much dynamics r being picked up..if any lol
