  • January is the perfect time to prune roses in Southern California. I do NOT use a pruning sealer. It is a waste of time my, but if you really want to seal the ends of the canes, and have nothing better to do with your time, then just use Elmer's white glue.

  • I have roses that I want to trim, and have heard that January is a good time to prune roses back in So.Cal, is this true? Also, when you prune the roses back, due you use a specific pruning sealer?
