  • Sousou, can you please name few fish names that i can fry with sharmoula?

  • @dolcerita Tipapia, sardine, flounder...

  • salam, the sauce has no mesurements to follow, and at the very end when the rice and fish is on t-he plate what sauce is with it? isit the marinate u made earlier(was it fried or just done uncooked?Ma Sallam

  • @UniversalCook it's the marinate sauce which I used for the fish, you keep it, add some chopped tomatoes to it, let cook 10-15 min and serve, you don't need to add spices to it because you added them before.

  • u r just great..excuse me for asking u such questions but i never really cooked before, how can u tell the fish is all cooked from inside??and can u spread this marinade inside the fish fillet also?

  • I have mentioned 10 min each side but it can be more, it depends of the size of the fish.

If you don't have experience with cooking, just poke the fish gently with a fork to see if it done.

You can use this marinade for every fish, especially for the fillet, it's really delicious.
